At Blossom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty routine. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and lightly used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
